This podcast episode is truly one of my most-value packed solo episodes in a while. It discusses the strategy of utilizing testimonials to increase sales by using the "Heroine's Journey" framework.

The framework involves understanding the before, middle, and after of a person's experience with a product or service and using this to create a story that allows potential customers to imagine themselves as the hero of their own journey.

Along with Baseball Stat method can be used to help potential customers understand the full range of benefits that a product or service can provide.

The episode emphasizes the importance of connecting with customers on a deeper and more meaningful level through testimonials, in order to increase conversions and inspire trust.
