As we return to our regular schedule post elections, we want to celebrate veterans in the multisport community. On this week’s episode of the PTM Podcast, we talked to Colonel Yvonne Spencer, founder FastChix. Born in Pittsburg and raised in Columbia, Maryland Col. Spencer is finally back where she was raised after 19 moves. To calm your wonder, yes, Col. Spencer is Steelers fan and interviewed for this podcast in our home studio which also happens to be an Eagles household! Col. Spencer, shares with us her experience in the Air Force Academy, her perseverance as a leader in the Air Force and her story as an athlete that leads her to build FastChix.
