In this episode we interviewed Marcus Fitts, who’s at the forefront of thinking about the triathlon and multisport spaces for black and brown athletes to flourish. His focus lies in narrowing the gap for athletes from competitor, to elite, to professional athletes. Through the episode we get to hear Marcus’ story of resilience in the face of a football injury in high school, and the role swimming held in his recovery.
