One child is confirmed dead and another is still unaccounted for after a fire tore through several homes in Millville late Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Family members say two girls ages 9 and 13 never made it out. KYW Newsradio South Jersey reporter Mike Dougherty has more from the scene. A 19-year-old man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a city employee at a West Philadelphia Rec Center more than 2 years ago was arrested in Montgomery County and facing murder charges. KYW Newsradio's John McDevitt reports. The Philadelphia Homicide Unit is now a part of a deadly fire investigation in South Philadelphia. Officials say it was around 7 o'clock Wednesday night when firefighters responded to a burning building under construction in the 2200 hundred block of South Street. Deputy Police Commissioner Fran Vanore says a grim discovery was made. SEPTA today released a budget for next year that would slash service by 45% if the transit agency doesn't get the extra funding the governor proposes. KYW Newsradio's Mike DeNardo reports. Pennsylvania State Police say they’ve completed their goal of making sure every on duty Trooper is wearing a body camera, and they say they’ve updated the dash cameras in their cars to offer a wider view. KYW Newsradio Suburban Bureau Chief Jim Melwert reports.
