Dr. Zach Long is a physical therapist and CrossFit coach located in Charlotte, NC. He majored in exercise and sport science, before doing his doctorate in Physical Therapy at East Carolina University. He specialises in improving athletic performance and injury rehab of athletes from Olympians to weekend warriors.
