As the pandemic hit in 2020, I navigated a tumultuous year filled with emotional challenges and spiritual exploration, finding solace in my new creative outlet—writing and eventually launching a podcast.

By 2021, I underwent a transformative quantum hypnosis session, marking a flashpoint in my journey towards healing deep-seated trauma. As I prepare to share more of my Phoenix story, I hint at the challenges and revelations that await me in the next chapter of my life.
