This episode is really special for me. Cesar's one of those people you meet that has a peaceful presence about him. He brings out the best in his teammates and empowers them to be their best selves. This couldn't have been more evident than when people spoke about Cesar yesterday. It was his last day on Team GaryVee (felt more like a leave of absence honestly) and people shared stories, moments, and toasts to Cease. After 2+ years in NYC he's moving back to Florida to be closer to family, and as Cease paints it, "I follow my intuition, and it feels right." Getting to know Cesar over the last few months it's obvious he leads with his heart and puts people before himself, he loves to guide and help people grow. Cesar is the epitome of "Be the Change you want to see in the world." I hope our paths cross in the future.

Lil Vee was just an idea to make a cartoon that was both entertaining and educational to teach kids entrepreneurship. Cesar, Avital, and Chris were tasked with the impossible and after countless long nights released Lil Vee - the reviews were amazing.
