What do you do when you lose your mum, dad, grandma, close friend, and mother-in-law, all in the space of five years?

At 19, Lisa completed her first year of college and planned to go away with friends. What should have been a joyous time was instead etched in her memory forever as the day her mum tried to end her own life.

In this podcast, Lisa shares how meditation and grief recovery helped her navigate these difficult times. She explains how her daily practice enables her to better self-regulate and parent her teenage son.

The powerful yoga and meditation practice central to Lisa's recovery was Inner Engineering. This practice opened her up to other useful tools, such as the Grief Recovery method, which helped her cope with the multiple losses she experienced over those five years.
