Setting boundaries sounds simple on paper... but when you’re actually face-to-face with people pushing them? Whole different story.
And here's the kicker: even when you hold the line, it can feel awful. Cue the guilt, the second-guessing, and the little voice wondering...

  • Was I too harsh?
  • Am I being selfish?
  • Should I have just said yes?

In today’s episode, we’re diving into the real work of boundaries: not just setting them, but holding them, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when people don’t like it, even when you feel like the bad guy.

It’s easy to spot when other people struggle with boundaries... but what happens when it’s you who needs to stand your ground and deal with the emotional fallout?

We’ll talk about:

  • Why setting a boundary is only half the battle
  • What it really means when people start testing your limits
  • How to recognise when you’re tempted to bend your own rules (and why it matters)
  • Why holding your boundaries often triggers guilt (and why that's a sign of growth, not failure)
  • The mindset shift that makes holding your boundaries easier — and lighter on your heart

If you’ve ever found yourself second-guessing, backtracking, people-pleasing, or feeling bad after setting a boundary, you're not doing it wrong. You're just doing the hard part!
Listen in to find out how you can get over the feeling and start protecting your energy with some healthy boundaries!
