In this message, we consider water baptism, which most assume to be a Divine ordinance, decreed by Jesus Christ, and that He intended it to be binding on all those who profess relationship to Him. Yet if so, why does Paul say what he does in I Corinthians 1:17? We must ask ourselves: should we baptize? What baptism is important for today? Holy Spirit baptism? Water baptism by immersion, by sprinkling, or by pouring? Or is there another baptism more important than either of these?
