In this episode, we discuss the importance of our environment, both internal and external. The internal environment being our self-talk, which can be brought into conscious awareness and developed in a positive light. A lot of us, including ourselves walk around with shame, guilt and judgements on ourselves, as a result of made up stories and external information. There can definitely be a myriad of factors, but we stuck to what we knew and also played with some interesting perspectives. Furthermore, the external environment is our workplace, friends, family, sports team, and so forth. People and situations that you are interacting with on a regular basis shape who you are. This can be very difficult to navigate in, as we often fall into people-pleasing tendencies and losing ourselves trying to be something we are not in different circumstances. It can also be something that affects our internal environment deeply, and becomes subconscious processes that we are not really aware of. In other words, our current interactions with the external can be a result of our external programming as children, which has developed our internal present and is our code of conduct, often without us even giving it a second thought.

It was a really fun discussion this time around, and we hope you'll enjoy it too.

Much love ya'll and happy 2019.
