In this episode we discussed how habits are implemented and how lost we can get in our habits, by overdoing them and losing our intention. By overdoing actions without awareness, we lose the present moment and get into a state of auto-pilot which can have negative affects where we do not enjoy and feel the benefits of implementing positive habits. Furthermore, we discussed how to introduce ourselves to people and ask questions that allow us to know people beyond the judgements and labels that we are often inclined to put on them.
