Feast and famine of clients and finances is normal for private practices that do not have sustainability foundations incorporated into their business model. Not having them in place happens as a result of not realising you need them and or not knowing where to go to learn them. The sustainability that I created and share with the women therapists inside Practice Momentum put an end to the feast and famine, provide consistency and stability with bookings, clients and revenue and reduce the amount of time and energy that they were putting into their marketing (and that just wasn't working). In this episode, I'll help you know if your practice is set up for sustainability or not by sharing with you the five signs. I really hope it helps.
