What do we do when our world falls apart, but life continues to demand our attention?
If you’ve ever found yourself staring at your to-do list or endless responsibilities while your heart is aching, this is me speaking directly to you.
I talk to you about what it means to be gently productive when we’re grieving, heartbroken, or in emotional pain. From breakups to loss to seasons of deep emotional fatigue, our usual view of productivity advice doesn’t always apply, and that's ok!.
We don’t need to cram and hustle through... sometimes we need a softer way forward.
