Dr.Parsa Peykar, a psychologist, university professor and author, shares through the episodes lessons on leadership, influence and service. Each episode is like a ”mini-research” which answers the ”Research question” related to the topic and will be divided into three parts: 1-A book review/ Art analysis. 2- A podcast with an influential person. 3- University student’s feedback on the topic.
