We begin tonight’s report with Jose Vega, congressional candidate in NY-5, getting the word out on this weekend’s Schiller Institute Conference “A Beautiful Vision for Humanity in Times of Great Turbulence” in an interview on the Jimmy Dore Show. This week the LaRouche Organization put out a video to share important actions taken over the weekend, entitled “Mainstream Media Doesn't Want You to See These Videos of Actions in Support of Palestine.” The video highlights student Cecilia Culver's GW University commencement speech that called out Israeli genocide, Israeli and Palestinian civilians marching together to the Gaza border to demand ceasefire, and 100,000 Red-shirted protestors marching at the Hague. Schiller Institute Ben Wesley also participated at one of these demonstrations in New Haven, CT, and we watch a statement from him. Today in Texas, TLO organizers held a high-profile rally to challenge Senator Ted Cruz’s attacks on Iranian-American peace activist Dr. Hossain Mousavian. Nuclear power is essential for a modern economy, and Dr. Mousavian has emphasized that it IS possible to have a successful nuclear deal between the United States and Iran. Founder of the Schiller Institute Helga Zepp-LaRouche this week issued an open letter to Pope Leo XIV, welcoming him to the Pontificate. You can sign and circulate this petition today!
