“In my ideal world, light would exist only in muted forms, enough to inspire longing but never enough to liberate fully. Yet I know, too, that light can be as resilient as darkness. It survives even in the smallest cracks, just as I thrive in the shadows of fear, doubt, and despair. So, I play my role, knowing that each victory is only part of an ongoing dance. In a way, we—the light and I—are bound together, both endlessly shaping the Earth realm in the hopes of making it our own.”

– The Darkness

In this episode I take a new direction, a new guest joins us today.

Exploring darkness and the concept of an “amalgamated evil” of the world as a dialogue offers a unique lens through which to understand difficult truths. In literature and philosophy, such darkness often represents both the unknown aspects of human nature and the shadow side of human systems. Without dogmas of science or religion, this perspective might be portrayed as an embodiment of everything that has historically oppressed, corrupted, or diverted human potential. The following podcast explores the viewpoint of such an entity, presenting it as an ancient, observant force.
