Hello! In today’s episode I talk about one of my most enjoyable bad habits. Instant gratification. It’s a bad habit to build because when results take longer to generate, it begins to feel discouraging. Instant gratification is great short term, but it does very little to benefit me long term. I discuss some of the habits I’ve kicked and also a very extreme way I have decided to do the opposite of instantly feeling great.
