On Episode 199 I sit down with Eric Neeb. Eric is someone that I have gotten to know during my time at CrossFit Roots and someone that I now consider to be my friend. Eric is a cool dude in the sense that he has kinda just rolled with the punches and gone wherever life has taken him. He has worked as a backpacking guide, real estate agent, pilot, and now he owns 2 motels in Estes Park, CO.
Eric is an avid CrossFitter and also a black belt in Aikido.
