On Episode 213 I sit down with Megan Wei. Megan is a friend of mine from CrossFit Roots who also works in Strategy and Analytics for CrossFit HQ.
On this episode, we talk about Megan growing up in New Jersey, gymnastics, pole vaulting, distance running, and how all of that eventually led her to CrossFit. We also talk about her journey from Investment Banking to Nike to where she is today at CrossFit HQ.
