We speak with Ken who cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats, in FOUR DAYS, without leaving his house!
So to explain a little more... He cycled 847 miles on his Turbo Trainer; in his back garden!!
This all for raising money for two charities who are making a big difference fighting this crazy COVID-19 times.

Norfolk Community Foundation provide local funding and support that ensures that small local charities and voluntary groups can continue and grow, providing essential care, support and opportunity for the most vulnerable in our communities. Therefore when the Covid-19 crisis came along they were quick to set up a response fund to support groups and volunteers who were helping those who needed it most.
Norfolk Blood Bikes provide a vital transport service that saves hundreds of lives a year. If a patient at a hospital desperately needs a certain type of blood, blood product or even a medical instrument, they will deliver it. They cover the entire Norfolk county, transporting not only blood products but samples, vaccines, breast milk and other life-saving medical items to hospitals.
