There's a history of Enoch that I don't plan to go into. What I will say is this. Scripture quotes Enoch. That's enough for me to study it. For myself, I'm curious ONLY in the Enochian literature written before the 1st century. That is: First Enoch. We approach Enoch with reverence and respect. We are still in our Revelation studies and Enoch seems a natural fit. It contains unique material about the origins of evil, angelic hierarchies, and the final fate of the wicked and righteous. In some cases, Enoch may even fill some gaps we have in our understanding.

This first podcast is a slow entry. Just cracking the door. You will definitely want to read the notes. We published the exact conversation with A.I. to help us read and understand the first four sections of Enoch (plus the first paragraph of section 5). We didn't just read it.. we tried to fill in the gaps! I actually think we did a pretty good job.

This podcast highlights the nature of that interaction and touches on the subject matter as we approach the very beginning of Enoch.
