1- 5 minutes: Beginning your healthcare career after you graduate. In sonography when should you take an image and when not. Don't be afraid to ask for help!!

5- 8 minutes: What it was like when Dennis went through school with competency to how it has changed. Doing competencies at various programs for sonography.

9- 10 minutes: A great B mode scanning tip for kidneys and stones. (try it out if your a sonography with stones and you wont do it another way again).

10- 12: Different ways to get students scan time and make the sonographers comfortable.

13- 20: Tips for new sonographers enter into the workforce. Gage gives great tips new rads and sonographers. Treat every patient like the people you love.

22- 24: Having to put the sonographer impression papers into the patient's medical records. Pros and cons.

25- 30: We have all missed things on accident and made a mistake. Different skill levels make a difference in everything you do. Experience is key.

30- 36: The amount of exams we do in the duration of a year, whenever you do something over and over it creates more opportunity to miss something.

36- 42: Once you are a new grad the amount of growth happens in the first 5 years is huge.

42- till the end: One or two things in general that you have learned since starting the podcast
