Some market analysts believe the tech billionaire's political views and subsequent boycotts contributed to Tesla's global sales falling 13 per cent in the second quarter, compared to the same period last year.
But closer to home, sales appear to have rebounded — with Tesla posting its best Australian numbers in 12 months.
