This is one of those podcasts that's like listening in on a really good friend's conversation because Chris and I ARE good friends and while we start off chatting about yoga we end up engrossed in all sorts of interesting health conversations. From the importance of breath work and how we can use it to access DMT, to how Chris got into yoga and health. Chris explains how Yoga made its way from the East to the West and the orchestrated hippy movement in the 60s. We discuss mouth breathing, the importance of staying on the plane of existence rather than 'finishing'. We discuss juicing, Gerson therapy, intermittent fasting, sun gazing and the power of plant medicine. The latter leads us into an honest conversation about our vices and why it's important to sometimes adopt the motto 'everything in moderation.' We discuss the importance of keeping things honest and real and how to balance 'healthy living' with the realities of married life, children and needing to earn a living!
