I’m sure you’d agree that consistent lead generation is the holy grail of real estate success.

But it’s a busy world.

Who has time to prospect for seller leads and do everything else we need to do to run our real estate business.

I believe building and nurturing your database of potential selling clients is key, however, that’s not the heavy lifting needed to find people in your area looking to sell.

But, you are listening to a podcast for Real Estate Tech Heads so you may not be surprised to hear I have an AI solution. So buckle up for this one!

In fact, maybe you’ve already flirted with an AI powered Chat bot …and how’s that going?

This is what I know. There are some amazing AI powered chat systems and there are some shockers.

Here’s what they need to do.

First, your ad copy and call to action needs to hit the target

Second, your chatbot needs to effectively engage a potential seller or buyer lead to the point where they are able to receive contact information.

And Third your bot needs to create an appointment for you to meet with them.

Obviously, the AI power behind this is having these three things happen by remote control and totally without your input because you are otherwise busy doing blue dollar actions like signing an offer or listing a property for sale.

To dig deeper on this, I called up my old friend Steve Stahl who is not only a great guy, he’s something of an authority in the AI chatbot space.

Before we pressed record, Steve told me how pumped he is about progress in the chatbot space because the AI advances are moving quickly to provide an ever improving result.
