Instead, their two-year-old started chatting with an invisible roommate named “Lucy,” and it seems she was the former owner. Cue closets rocking on their own, heirloom furniture sunk by phantom butts, and a five-year-old who could ace a séance-style game of “Guess Who?” at the neighbor’s house.
