Stress is a natural part of life, but staying in a constant state of stress? That’s a recipe for burnout. In this episode, I share a powerful lesson I learned after dealing with disappointment and seeking advice from my coach. She introduced me to the concept of the stress cycle (from the book Burnout by Amelia and Emily Nagoski) and how important it is to complete it—otherwise, your body holds onto stress in unhealthy ways.
