Feeling comfortable in your own body after trauma can be a difficult thing to learn. It can be made especially difficult by messages about how we 'should' move our body or even exist in our body in different seasons, or how we should & shouldn't rest. In this episode Billie shares shared their personal experiences with cozy activities and how they contribute to their overall well-being. This episode is a little bit more personal, and a little bit more tangental.
