Jeremy, from Sanctuary Recovery and the “Outlaws Podcast”, talks with Christin about “self-imposed destruction.” He also talks about how getting into trouble as a kid was a way to cope with his surroundings, with his first stay at a behavioral health institution at 7 years old. After a tumultuous childhood and young adulthood, Jeremy learned to love himself and others in prison, of all places. Now, he works on bridging the gap between healthcare and corrections and brings relapse prevention classes back into the prisons.
