Christian Straka is a distinguished mental performance coach with over three decades of experience in professional sports. He is also the Global Mindset Coach for Adidas Runners and the co-founder of Mindsize Sports.
Mindset is everything. A strong mindset separates the very good from the great. It separates those who achieve everything they want from those who fall short.
