For 35 years Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989) has held the dubious distinction of being the worst Star Trek film ever made, but that inauspicious run is over. With the release of the Paramount+ film Star Trek: Section 31 there’s a new benchmark for bad in the Trek universe. To spare you one hour and 35 minutes of weak, nonsensical plot, thin characters, and cheesy gimmicks, the Regular Joe’s watched Section 31 for you. Note: there will be SPOILERS, but think of it as a “mercy spoiling.” From the far future we move to recent past as the long awaited MCU version of Fantastic Four releases its first teaser/trailer serving up a mid-century-modern take on Marvel’s first family of adventurers. Cautious optimism appears in order. There’s also the usual Random Topics and a round of What’s in The Box. Thanks for Listening!
