Steven Spielberg‘s Jaws (1975) which is looking pretty good at the half century mark. And Robert Zemeckis’ Back to the Future (1985) the film that earned Marty McFly, Doc Brown and the DeLorean (the cyber truck of its era) permanent positions, in pop culture. What made them stand out back in the day? What about the parade of sequels that followed each of these films?
