Hello, Lovely One—

This episode is close to my heart because it’s something I say all the time: The thing is never the thing.

We think the problem is the situation—our job, the relationship, the delay. But more often than not, the real battle? It starts in the mind.

In today’s Start Again episode, we’re diving into what I call the Reasoning Box—the stories, experiences, and emotions that shape how we interpret life. I’ll share a little science, a whole lot of Scripture, and even a turmeric tea mishap (because… life happens 🙃).

We'll unpack what Proverbs 23:7 and Romans 12:2 tell us about the power of thought and how retraining your brain is both a spiritual practice and a neurological truth. Your mind can be transformed. Your future can be different. But it all starts with what you're thinking right now.

I believe you are called to walk in peace, confidence, and clarity—but to do that, we’ve got to silence the inner chaos and declare, like Jesus did to the storm: Peace. Be still.

Let’s talk about it.

And if this episode speaks to your heart, please share it with another Lovely One who might be sitting in silence, wondering if her life can ever start again.

It can.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

With love,

Donna
