police brutality is a global issue as it happens across the globe. This leaves some form of trauma with those who are direct recipients of this brutality. Unfortunately, those close to them are not left out. As at the time of making this video, there was a protest against policebrutality in Nigeria by the youths tagged endsars or endsarsnow and police reforms

Given that the 2020 World Mental Health just got wrapped up with attention on investment in mentalhealth, I thought it necessary to talk about investing in your own mental health. trauma is real and you cannot afford to let it slide. In this video, I share first aid tips on how to handle the trauma from Police Brutality even as the endsars and policereform campaign rages on.
