Gretchen Fitzsimmons is a top-selling realtor in Nashville, TN. Her annual sales are over 10 million. What's her degree in—fashion in marketing. After realizing finances and fashion were not her things, she became a stay at home mom. That lasted for a while until the restlessness kicked back in. She picked up a part-time job working with Nashville's top cater, Johnny Haffner. She picked up a few more part-time jobs here and there until she landed in the real estate world.
