If you have a big goal like losing weight and keeping it off, then you know it is going to take a while to reach that goal. One of the main reasons people don’t reach their weight loss goal is that they lose motivation. The interesting thing is that there are different motivation strategies that work for different people. Not everyone responds to the same types of motivation. So today I’ve got a few motivation strategies to keep you moving forward so you can actually achieve those big goals.
