I hear this almost every single day from runners all over the world: “I hate strength training.” I get it, I used to feel the same way many years ago. I thought running 30-40 miles a week was enough to keep me strong and fit. The cold hard truth is…it is not. Runners, more than just about anyone else, need to be doing consistent resistance training to build a stronger muscular system from head to toe.
