In this week's episode we discuss the pros and cons of a strengths or weaknesses based approach to our training. Does it make sense to bash your head against the brick wall of weakness, or should you be skipping down the happy strengths path lined with rainbows and unicorns? Brian is hanging on to some semblance of fitness running a 20:30 parkrun on a wet Ballarat track in lieu of shirking the 10k Bundoora cross country. Meanwhile, Lisa has hit rock bottom with illness now adding insult to injury.

Resources and references discussed in this episode: Brian's Ballarat parkrun result. Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. Steve Pavlina Blog on training to your strengths.
