“I used to be the largest dairy consumer on the planet. I used to eat so much dairy and meat. The more that I looked into the dairy industry, the more that I saw that it was the singular, most inhumane industry on the planet, that we've all been lied to, including myself, for years. I always believed that the picture on the milk carton, the cow standing next to her calf in the green field with the red barn in the back was true. It’s certainly the complete opposite.” – Richard (Kudo) Couto Richard (Kudo) Couto is the founder of Animal Recovery Mission (ARM), an organization solely dedicated to investigating extreme animal cruelty cases. ARM has led high-risk undercover operations that have resulted in the shutdown of illegal slaughterhouses, animal fighting rings, and horse meat trafficking networks. Recently, they released a damning investigation into two industrial dairy farms outside of Phoenix, Arizona supplying milk to Coca-Cola’s Fairlife brand. What they uncovered was systemic animal abuse, environmental violations, and a devastating betrayal of consumer trust. While Fairlife markets its products as being sourced "humanely," ARM’s footage tells a very different story—one of suffering, abuse, and corporate complicity. Despite the evidence, this story has been largely ignored by mainstream media—likely due to Coca-Cola’s massive influence and advertising dollars.…

×In this podcast we dive into one of the main differences between Employee Central and SAP HCM - the lack of 'chief' positions in EC. If you're not replicating the EC org structure to SAP HCM then this is no big deal - but for those who are, it's a bit of a change in thinking. And processes. And probably old code that assumes there is a chief position. We go through all this and a bit more - enjoy!…
A lot has been said and shared about the SuccessFactors H2 2022 release features. So ... these are a few of our favorite things. Not everything of course, you can see that via the What's New Viewer . And since this is also the end of the year, special mentions go out to all the payroll teams as they review and evaluate all the year-end compliance changes coming along with - or roughly with - the H2 2022 release. For US teams, check out the US year-end blog , and everyone can see the legal changes by country (S-user required).…

Steve Bogner, Chris Paine and Luke Marson engaged with it on Twitter and decided we had enough content for a decent (we hope) podcast. So here we are - our experiences (good and bad) with Core-Hybrid implementations, and a bit more. Enjoy! Or not. This is also our first attempt at posting the video of the podcast - available on Spotify and on Youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMXmLCRp3RY . Audio for now everywhere else. Here's Brandon's blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2022/10/05/a-core-principle-for-sap-successfactors-core-hybrid/ For more details on the SAP HCM Insights podcast see our main page at insightcp.com/insights…

We debate the merits of Core/Hybrid and EC/ECP, and a few places in-between the two. And typically as consultants our answer is - It depends. Really, it does depend on where you are, where you want to go, what are your priorities, what are your resources and risk profile and more. The good thing is that SAP is providing customers options to tailor their approach to the cloud and to new platforms. The bad news is, well, you have to make some choices. Join Steve Bogner, Becky Murray, Sven Ringling and Brandon Toombs for this informative, satisfying and entertaining podcast about a topic so close and important to SAP SuccessFactors customers. If it was any better we'd have to start billing for it. Enjoy! Find out more about the podcast and the team at insightcp.com/insights…
