It’s the grand finale of Season One of Tickets to Travel Podcast, and we end with Fan Travel Stories ! For Episode 52, we head to Las Vegas with Greenwich, CT mom and former TV personality Dorothy Cascerceri-Simone—known to many as Dorothy on TV. Dorothy shares how a group of moms pulled off a 48-hour escape to catch the Backstreet Boys opening night at The Sphere, balancing family life with fandom and finding a little magic of their own. From the nostalgia of Avalon ’99 and boy-band crushes, to VIP dinners at Encore, cabanas by the pool, and unforgettable Sphere visuals, Dorothy’s story proves that every ticket is a ticket to travel. Along the way, she reflects on her years as a celebrity journalist, the evolution of Las Vegas, and how fan travel can be both glamorous and soul-restoring. Follow Dorothy at www.dorothyontv.com and subscribe to her podcast That Greenwich Life for more stories of culture, lifestyle, and community. A recent uptick in fake outrage has been triggered by the suggestion that men need to do a better job at protecting women. This comes from a content creator addressing the fact that many women are terribly afraid to exist in the same space as men. Too many times, men are crashing out (as the young people say) over simple things like being rejected by a woman or the fact that a woman is just not interested in them.…
Posers on social media tell young people that they should skip the normal struggle stage and go straight to the success. This puts undue stress on many to live up to unrealistic expectations.
In this episode I'm talking about my stance on how people should treat people that have an abortion. I give my biblical stance on the act, and dive into how we as Christians must treat the women having them.
In this episode 2 I dive into the question "Why is it political to do the right thing?" I'm talking about injustices that currently are considered political/negative to take a stand for.
This episode is straight from the headlines where a roommate did the unthinkable to his landlord, the entire news story made me dive into the importance of guarding your heart as mentioned in Proverbs 4:23.
