Hundreds of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang were deported from the country after President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act. The act gives sweeping wartime authority to the President and has only been used three times in history. President Trump evoked the act to speed up the deportations of illegal migrants affiliated with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
