David Naylor – CEO at Rayburn Electric Cooperative

David Naylor is the President / CEO of Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Rayburn), a generation and transmission cooperative representing four distribution cooperatives who serve consumers in sixteen counties north and east of the Dallas Metroplex. He has over 25 years of experience in the utility industry. Prior to becoming the President / CEO of Rayburn, David served as Rayburn’s Executive Vice President and was a managing consultant with C. H. Guernsey & Company. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
