Most of us wrestle with anger, either suppressing it or misusing it. In this video, we explore the ancient Christian understanding of anger as a God-given part of the soul, meant to resist evil, not feed the ego. Drawing from the wisdom of Saint Isaiah the Solitary, we look at how to reorient our will, detach from worldly attachments, and let the God-centered intellect lead.
