Jimmy Westerheim is the Founder and CEO of The Human Aspect. Coming from the countryside, his extreme curiosity made him different. He eventually became a rescue diver, to then go into the maritime and shipping industry, which eventually led him to the Middle East and Doctor Without Borders. During this time in the Middle East, he started volunteering, and it dawned on him that we as humans rarely talk about the difficulties we go through. We just keep it inside and distract ourselves. That birthed the idea of the Human Aspect, where humans intimately and vulnerably share the most difficult situation they have been through in their life and how they got through it.
