Many of us have concepts of starting a business from scratch, but few actually do it. Meet Chad Bottorff, a partner at
Eakin Partners Commercial Real Estate since 2001 and co-founder of TC CRAFT Tequila. Chad and his brother Todd were
determined to make an ultra-premium tequila with numerous international tasting awards to follow. Educated at MBA
and The University of the South, Chad began his professional path with the Tennessee Titans coordinating the NFL
team’s travel and training camp before plunging into the real estate development world and becoming a master distiller
