This week, we sit down with Matt Barnes of Southwest Counselling. Matt is a Social Worker and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. He provides individual, couples and family counselling. He works with youth and adults impacted by trauma, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, sports-related issues, stress and a variety of cognitive, behavioural and social issues.
