Fatman Scoop discusses growing up hip hop, taking meetings with executives, being a record promoter in the late eighties and rising to fame as a DJ on Hot 97 for two decades. Fatman Scoop is most recognizable for his smash hit Be Faithful and his features with Mariah Carey “It’s Like That”, Missy Elliot “Lose Control” and Timbaland, “Drop”.
