Dr. Jeff Skinner is a radiation oncologist at the Chesapeake Urology Prostate Center in Gaithersburg MD and a retired Air Force Colonel with experience at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center where he has treated patients with prostate, lung, and gynecological cancers.
