Remember the days of corporate life, where every move was scrutinized, and micromanagement was the norm? As a digital nomad, those rigid structures are a thing of the past, but over time, the freedom you once craved can become something you take for granted.

When you’re focused on the daily grind, it’s easy to forget the constraints you left behind, the endless meetings, the lack of autonomy, the clock-watching. Without mindfulness, the freedom you now have as a digital nomad can lose its value, leading to complacency and a lack of gratitude for the lifestyle you worked so hard to achieve.

In this episode I got triggered by a quote that spiralled me in a reflective mode. And my question to you is? Do you take your freedom for granted? I will explore why it’s important to stay connected to the reasons you chose this path, and how to rekindle your appreciation for the unparalleled freedom you enjoy as a digital nomad.
